Creating systemic approaches to transform educational environments, and increase student engagement and rigor in classrooms
“I’ve watched Lois up close, judged her ability to engage community members, school administrators and governing boards, teachers, parents, and students. In my 45 years as a teacher, administrator, state education policy maker, and education consultant, I have encountered very few people with her skills and abilities. Lois simultaneously demonstrates compassion and insight. She challenges and supports people and leads them to better outcomes. Lois has courage and unflinching determination. Lois is a transformer, and I can’t think of anyone better prepared to be an education consultant or coach.”
